This is the final Agreement made in the Court of our Sovereign Lord the King at Westminster On the twenty eighth day ¶ of January in the ffirst year of the reign of William the Fourth by the Grant of ¶ God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King Defender of the Faith before Nicolas Conyngham ¶ Tindal, James Allan Part, Stephen Caseler, John Bernard Bosanquet, Edward Hall Alderson justices of Our Lord ¶ the King others then there present Between William Holker Plt And Thomas Sherrock, Martha his Wife, ¶ William Thomas Dagley, Keziah his Wife, John Matthews, Elizabeth his Wife, joseph Allen, Ann his Wife ¶ Pefort of five messuages eight Cottages six Barns six Stables eight Outhouses eight ?ardous eight Orchards ¶ fifteen acres of Land ten acres of Meadow ten acres of pasture five acres of Hurzo, Heath, Common of pasture ¶ for all cattle with the app?rts in Kirtlington, Tackley, Clifton in the parish of Deddington, Driddle, ¶ Barton ¶ Whereupon a Plea of Covenant was summoned between them in the same Court (that is to say) that the aforesaid ¶ Thomas, Martha, William Thomas, Keziah, John, Elizabeth, joseph, Ann have acknowledged the afores^d. Tenements ¶ common of pasture of pasture with the appurts to be the right of him the s^d William Holker As those which the said ¶ William hath of the Gift of the afores^d Thomas, Martha, William Thomas, Keziah, john, Elizabeth, ¶ joseph, Ann. And those they have remissed and quit=rlaimed from them the s^d Thomas, Martha, William Thomas, ¶ Keziah, john, Elizabeth, joseph, Ann, their heirs to the afores^d William Holker, his heirs for ever. ¶ And moreover the s^d Thomas, Martha have granted for them, the heirs of the s^d Thomas that ¶ they will warrant to the afores^d William Holker, his heirs the afores^d Tenemen^ts, Common of pasture ¶ with the appurts against them the s^d Thomas, Martha and the heirs of the s^d Thomas for ever. ¶ And further the said Thomas, Martha have granted for them, the heirs of the s^d Martha ¶ they will warrant to the afores^d William Holker, his heirs the afores^d Tenemen^ts Common of pasture ¶ with the appurts against them the s^d Thomas, Martha and the heirs of the s^d Martha for ever. ¶ And furthermore the s^d William Thomas, Keziah have granted for them the heirs of the s^d William Thomas that ¶ they will warrant to the afores^d William Holker, his heirs the afores^d Tenemen^ts Common of pasture ¶ with the appurts against them the s^d William Thomas, Keiziah and the heirs of the s^d William Thomas for ever. ¶ And also the s^d John, Elizabeth have granted for them the heirs of the s^d John that ¶ they will warrant to the afores^d William Holker, his heirs the afores^d Tenements Common of pasture ¶ with the appurts against them the s^d John, Elizabeth and the heirs of the s^d John for ever. ¶ And also the s^d Joseph, Ann have granted for them the heirs of the s^d Joseph that ¶ they will warrant to the afores^d William Holker, his heirs the afores^d Tenements Common of pasture ¶ with the appurts against them the s^d Joseph, Ann and the heirs of the s^d Joseph for ever. ¶ And for this acknowledgment Remise Quit=rlaim Warranties Fine and Agreement the s^d William Holker hath given to the afores^d Thomas, Martha, William Thomas, Keziah, John, Elizabeth, Joseph, Ann three hundred pounds sterling.
