This Indenture made the second day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred ¶ and thirty Between Thomas Shurrock of the City of Oxford Sawyer and Martha his ¶ Wife of the one part and William Folker of Tackley in the County of Oxford Gentleman of ¶  the other part Whereas the said William Folker hath bought and purchased of the said ¶ Thomas Shurrock and Martha his wife All those four acres of arable Land lying and ¶ being in the Fields of Tackley containing so much by Estimation (be the same more or less) ¶ hereinafter particularly mentioned and described (that is to say) two acres therof shooting ¶ into Banbury way the Land formaly of John Swift on the South and two acres residue thereof lying next to the Heath called Tackley ¶ Heath shooting upon Lands formerly of Francis Walker on the South And also all that piece or parcel of Meadow Ground containing ¶ by Estimation one Land be the same more or less situate lying and being in the Meadows of Tackley aforesaid betwixt Tackley Mill Breach ¶ and a Meadow called Bridge Meadow Together with Commons and Common of pasture for Twenty sheep and three Beasts to go depasture ¶ and feed and to be had and taken in and upon the Commons and Commonable places of Tackley aforesaid and the same are by Indentures of ¶ Lease and Release bearing date respectively the first and second days of December instant made between the said Thomas Shurrock and Martha ¶ his wife of the first part the said William Folker of the second part and William Eaton Burrows of the third part and by a Fine therein covenanted ¶ be levied conveyed and assured unto the said William Folker his Heirs and assigns To the uses in the said Indenture of Release expressed ¶ and declared And Whereas the Indentures of Lease and Release mentioned and set forth in the schedule hereunder written not only relate ¶ to the hereinbefore mentioned Hereditaments but also to certain other Hereditaments situate at Kirtlington in the said County belonging to the ¶ said Thomas Shurrock and Martha his Wife of greater value attested copies whereof are Delivered to the said William Folker Now therefore ¶ this Indenture witnesseth that the said Thomas Shurrock doth hereby for himself his Heirs and Assigns and also for the said Martha his ¶ wife her Heirs and assigns covenant promise and agree to and with the said William Folker his Heirs and assigns that they the said Thomas ¶ Shurrock and Martha his wife his and Her Heirs and assigns from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the request and at the costs ¶ and charges of the said William Folker his Heirs and assigns or of such person or persons to whom all or any of the pieces or parcels of Land or ¶ Ground so by him purchased as aforesaid shall come or belong shall and will produce and show forth or cause to be produced and shewn forth unto ¶ the said William Folker his Heirs or assigns or to his or their counsel or agents or in any Courts or Courts of Law or Equity or otherwise as occasion shall ¶ require the said several Indentures of Lease and Release mentioned and set forth in the said Schedule for the better evidencing maintaining and moving ¶ the Right and Title of the said William Folker his Heirs and assigns of the said pieces or parcels of Land or Ground aforesaid (casualties and inevitable ¶ accidents which may happen or come to the said Indentures or either of them excepted) In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have ¶ hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day and year first above written.¶ The Schedule above referred to ¶ 31st July and August 1st 1755 Indenture of Lease and Release the Release Between Richard Parmer of Kirtlington in the County of Oxford ¶ Sellmonger and Mary his wife of the first part Simon Ball of Kirtlington aforesaid Yeoman and Elizabeth his wife of the second part Thomas ¶ Ball of Kirtlington aforesaid Yeoman and Heir apparent of the said Simon Ball and Hannah his wife which said Mary and ¶ Elizabeth are Devisers named in the last will and Testament of Richard Hicks late of Tackley in the said County of Oxford Yeoman deceased ¶ of the third part and Hugh Well of Stonesfield in the said County of Oxford Yeoman and Joseph Walker of Kirtlington aforesaid yeoman of the fourth ¶ part - 1st March 1756 Indenture between Richard Parmer and Mary his wife of the first part said Simon Ball and Elizabeth his wife of the second part the said Thomas Ball and Hannah his wife of the third part Thomas Worland¶ of New Woodstock in the County of Oxford Yeoman and Martha of the fourth part and the said Hugh Well of the fifth part.
